Dendeng Balado

Dendeng Balado

Bahan:
500 gr Daging sapi Has

3 cm lengkuas

1,5 cm jahe

1 sdm ketumbar

6-7 siung bawang putih</p
Air 500ml (secukupnya sampai daging empuk)

Garam secukupnya

Balado:

10 buah cabe merah keriting                                                                                                                                                                                                                    5 buah cabe merah besar                                                                                                                                                                                                                        4-5 butir bawang merah                                                                                                                                                                                                                              1 sdm air asam jawa                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       1 buah tomat ukuran besar                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Garam dan gula pasir secukupnya

Cara Membuat:

1. Iris tipis daging sapi dengan potongan melawan serat.

2. Giling halus: Bawang Putih, ketumbar, jahe, lengkuas dan sedikit garam.

3. Rebus daging dengan bumbu sampai empuk.

4. Setelah daging empuk, goreng dengan api kecil sampai garing.

5. Balado: Campur semua bahan kecuali air asam jawa, giling kasar, kemudian tumis dengan minyak bekas menggoreng daging, setelah hampir matang masukkan air asam jawa, cicipi sampai rasanya sesuai selera.

6. letakkan daging di piring saji, siram dengan sambal Balado.

Note:

1. Setelah di rebus daging dapat diketok supaya pipih kemudian di jemur (hati-hati dimakan kucing :D)

2. Air asam jawa dapat di ganti dengan air perasan jeruk nipis, lebih segar.
